999k Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 999k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 999k.one and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, account management, and payment processing.

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds, or by accessing any game or betting market on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 999k platform.

999k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to 999k is restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 999k enforces a strict 21+ age policy for all players.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person and are registering an account for your own personal use only.
• You are not a current or former employee of 999k or any of its affiliated companies, studios, or payment partners.

Providing false information during registration — including falsifying your age, name, address, or payment details — is a material breach of these Terms. 999k will close any account found to have been registered with false information, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the 999k platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 999k will close the duplicate and may close the original account. Bonus funds or winnings derived through duplicate account activity will be voided without compensation.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 999k will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

If you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact the 999k support team immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured. Any activity conducted under your account before a security incident is reported to 999k remains your responsibility unless you can demonstrate that the activity was the result of a breach by 999k's own systems.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

999k may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method. 999k aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

3.4 Account Currency

All 999k accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are displayed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote Taka amounts. 999k does not support multi-currency accounts.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

999k accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka:

• bKash — Mobile financial service operated by bKash Limited. Deposits credited within 60 seconds in most transactions.
• Nagad — Mobile financial service operated by Bangladesh Post Office. Deposits credited within 60 seconds in most transactions.
• Rocket — Mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited. Deposits typically credited within 1–3 minutes.
• Upay — Mobile financial service operated by UCB Fintech Company Limited. Deposits typically credited within 1–3 minutes.
• Visa / Mastercard — International payment card options. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 999k is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may vary depending on the payment method selected and the player's account tier. These limits are displayed in the Deposit section of your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Deposit Fees

999k does not charge any processing fee on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Fees or charges applied by your mobile banking provider or card issuer are outside 999k's control and are the player's responsibility.

4.3 Failed Deposits

If a deposit transaction is initiated but funds do not appear in your 999k account within 10 minutes, please contact support via live chat or at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a second deposit until the first has been investigated, to avoid duplicate crediting.

5 Withdrawals & Processing

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever this is technically possible.

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification checks under our KYC and anti-money-laundering procedures.

5.2 Processing Times

• bKash & Nagad: Withdrawal requests processed within 15–60 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Rocket & Upay: Withdrawal requests processed within 1–4 hours during standard operating hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: Withdrawal requests processed within 1–5 business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is released.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn.
• A minimum of one completed deposit must have been made on the account prior to the first withdrawal request.
• 999k reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk monitoring thresholds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 999k offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes to eligible players. All promotions are governed by specific terms that are displayed in full on the relevant promotion page before you opt in. The general bonus principles set out in this section apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 999k are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are stated on each promotion's terms page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

999k reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.

6.3 Changes to Promotions

999k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonus balances already credited and wagering in progress at the time of the change.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 999k are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game in question, as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game or event rule, the specific rule shall prevail for that game or event.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

999k reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed by players whose accounts are under review, bets placed after the start of an event where in-play betting is not offered, and bets placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game, market, and player account tier. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and in the player's account dashboard. 999k reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts without prior notice where internal risk management criteria are met.

7.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games available on 999k — including slots, live dealer tables, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live video streams from audited studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the relevant game provider and available in each game's information panel. Past results do not indicate or guarantee future outcomes.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round that has already been initiated, the game outcome will be determined by the server-side result at the time the round was finalised. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault attributable to 999k, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999k platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to transfer or conceal proceeds of criminal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or misconfigured odds to place bets that 999k would not have offered under normal operating conditions.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or in any multiplayer game format.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with another party to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse in violation of bonus terms).
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Making threats of any kind toward 999k staff, agents, or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

999k is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. If gambling begins to feel like a problem — for you or someone close to you — it is important to act promptly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from the Account Settings dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based alerts that notify you when a session has reached a duration you have chosen.

• Cool-Off Period: Suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected during registration and use of the platform — including name, date of birth, address, payment method details, and transaction history — is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotions where you have opted in to receive them.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999k shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions to the platform caused by technical faults, maintenance, server downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond 999k's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from bets placed by you on events or games where you were under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any other substance.
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or account balances caused by a technical error, where those bets or game rounds are subsequently voided and stakes returned.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 999k support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by 999k

999k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to 999k, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed by 999k due to a Terms breach, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If funds are ultimately determined to be legitimately held by the player and not connected to any fraudulent activity, they will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

999k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999k will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via an on-platform notification displayed upon next login.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a revision, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
